Rule #1: Don’t mix business with pleasure
Rule #2: Don’t fall for the boss
Emma Reynolds knows how to run a successful company. But when life takes a troubling turn, she finds herself back home and determined to save her family's estate–even if it means working in a winery as a recovering alcoholic.
Turns out, her new boss, the broody Billionaire owner, Shane Kavanaugh, is far more tempting than the wine.
He's there to make a name for himself, and he’ll do whatever it takes to get it done. Smart and hard-working? That's a dangerous combination.
Not to mention, he’s hot as sin with a panty-melting smile and kisses that curl her toes.
It’s an irresistible–and addicting–package that makes her want to risk breaking all of her carefully crafted rules.
But breaking those rules reveals secrets. Secrets that leave Emma facing the loss of her legacy, her career…
And her heart.

What a delightful surprise! I usually avoid small town romances, because they tend to follow the same familiar plot: a beautiful woman and handsome guy quickly fall into lust, but they're harboring dark secrets that could destroy their happiness. And billionaire heroes are omnipresent in books these days. But I needed a quick read and clicked on this one, not expecting much. Boy, was I wrong! This sweet and steamy story hooked me on page one and held my interest to the end, where I even shed a tear or two. Well done, Eliza Peake!

This was my first book by Eliza Peake and will not be my last.
This is definitely more than just a romance book, it’s a story with very deep characters and an excellent planned-out plot. Emma, is working herself to the bone when an insanely good-looking man walks into the diner she is waitressing at to snag a table for dinner. Instantly, you can sense their connection, and even though the meeting doesn’t go as planned you know this isn’t going to be the last time we see the handsome man. Convinced she needs nothing else in her life besides securing and rescuing her family’s estate from ruin, she gets a job interview for the winery in town.
The man she waited on? Turns out, he’s the one with the Help Wanted Ad. And staying away from him is going to be harder than she thinks.
I loved this book and I already downloaded book 2. If you are looking for a new to you author, definitely check out Eliza Peake and grab Trouble Me.
